The
Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier is an infamous proposal entered the
history books: demolish large parts of Paris and replace it with a
monotonous collection of cross-shaped residential towers in a
rectangular grid. By
early September, the Museum of Architecture at the TU Munich shows in
the Pinakothek der Moderne Le Corbusier's ideas of using a "poem about
the right angle" as part of an exhibition about the political and social
commitment in architecture.
Categoricallyright angle of the characterthe spirit of the heart.I've seen myself in this characterand I found itI foundfoundHorizontal gaze straight ahead ...
Wrote
in 1887 in Switzerland as CharlesÉdouard Jeanneret-Gris-born architect
and artist who called himself since the early 1920s in Paris, Le
Corbusier, 1955 in a peripheral, with lithographs to 155 large format
pages printed in small editions poem. It
is first shown in Germany now complete - in the words of museum
director Prof. Wilfried Nerdinger "a single complex structure and
thoughts of" Le Corbusier with "an infinite number of motifs, which are
also present in its architecture."
Although
Le Corbusier, the human body the measure of all things and this was
explained in the illustrations to his poem, he wrote it about his
architecture:
Mathematics! So it was, the happymaybe even find a wonderfulNumber in numbers hasthis human-produced tool.
The buildings of the museum's architecture, according to the "greatest architects of the 20th Century, "according to Le Corbusier's own words were to" poetry "was founded and made possible by his free artistic work. According
to his ideas, the exhibition presents his color lithographs in the form
of a religious-style multi-limbed cross, that Le Corbusier called the
iconostasis. Each
series is devoted to a topic: dedicated issue: the environment on the
mental and physical elements to the right angle, with the man creates
his own conviction to Le Corbusier's fine.
Simultaneously
with this presentation, the Museum of Architecture Examples of
political and so-cial commitment shows in the architecture of the early
19th Century to the present. It
recalls, for example, to Bernhard Christoph Faust, in his 1824 Sun City
planned a hundred years before the first row houses of the early 20th Century all the buildings to the south should have been focused on lofty designs of the early 20th Century,
which, under an "International World Centre" (Hendrik Christian
Andersen 1912) or a "pantheon of humanity" (Hendrik Petrus Berlage,
1915) did not want to let go off, and moves from there to the bow, for
example, to the Garden City Hellerau and to within one decade (1925-1934) created 60 000 social housing in Vienna. 'L' architecture engagée - manifestos for change in society "is also still to 2 September to see in the Pinakothek der Moderne.
My goodness, how long it's been back since I've voted on this blog a top 10. Not to mention a top 10 of the freshest, coolest and perhaps ground-breaking tracks the hardstyle scene. But I want the next series of interviews and revive this tradition.
The main reason for this move was the latest episode of Hard With Style and scene with the king Headhunterz. For in this session most recently, in addition to the tunes of the genre even older treasures are contained. And memories can flare up and wake up the pleasure of writing.
So we come to select the tracks that I consider particularly valuable for this month. Included are both brand new songs as my current favorite track from Frontliner symbol, as well as classics from Zany or "About the Music". A track that has resulted from collaboration between the Black and Toneshifterz code and sometimes very reminiscent of the rave song "Sandstorm" by Darude. Overall, however, it is very hard this month to what is surely to recognize quickly.
Frontliner - symbol (Q-Base Anthem Open Air 2012)
Wasted Penguinz - International Departure
Killer Clown - Silentium
B-Front - Mysteria
Alternate - Our ritual
Lady Faith - Queen Bitch Of The Universe
Hard Driver - Enlightening sounds
Dj Zany ft. The Beholder - The New God
Inner Heart - 2gether
Neilio & Star Driver - Sound Of Silence
If you're unhappy with my choice, then just write your choice under the post. It would be very interested how you rate this month. So then, keep it hard!
If someone almost ten years ago, when I heard the first song of the Danish band The Raveonettes, had said that the band would even today be still very active and they usually were with me also for many years to count, I would not have believed it. Actually, the sound cosmos appears the meantime had moved to the U.S. duo too limited, as you could over such a long period of time to stay interesting and exciting. But Nope! After the beginning of the year published, highly recommended "Into the Night" EP we continue without pause for breath - the next album called "Obervator" is scheduled for September. And the first song out of it, "Observations" sounds really great times again!
I was yesterday afternoon checking out some music reference sites when I learned that in the middle of last week had played Refused Late Night TV program featuring Jimmy Fallon, presented one of the most renowned U.S.. The Swedish band only had the opportunity to play two of their most legendary ('New Noise' and 'The Shape Of Punk To Come') but in just those 10 minutes of direct Refused bristle hair got all the spectators, astonishment, witnessed the arsonist direct the colossal "hardcoretas". Enjoy these great moments just below:
This tremendous performance is to have the same sensationalism that we enjoyed a couple of months ago at Primavera Sound in Barcelona. If you stay then I leave here without seeing a list of the four concert dates that are scheduled Umeå in Europe for the month of August.

Just a year ago we approach the Apolo in Barcelona to interview Two Gallants. It is very likely that you may know: his discography began in 2004 with "The Throes" and came to achieve a certain cult status thanks to Saddle Creek to "What The Toll Tells", a precious and elegant folk rock album containing pieces so foully beautiful as 'Steady Rollin' or 'Las Cruces Jail'. Now, five years after the release of their third LP titled, Adam and Tyson make war again with a new album entitled "The Bloom and The Bright".
This new release, which will be released on September 4 via PIAS / ATO Records, was recorded in two different studies (Berkeley's Fantasy Studios and studies Tiny Telephone in San Francisco) and has been with John Congleton as the producer of renowned has worked hard to fund. On the LP Vogel has confessed in a statement that Two Gallants have changed the course considerably. "We moved to different areas in recent years but I think we share a common sense, a commitment to realize all that we have faced in order to become stronger."
As long as the disc by promoting our country has announced that California couple will live in the cities of Barcelona (Music Hall, November 29), Madrid (Sala Caracol, November 30) and Bilbao (Room Azkena, December 1 .) Tickets for these three interesting performances will go on sale starting July 20 at a price of 18 euros (no fee) via Ticketmaster.
To whet your appetite here we leave you with 'Broken Eyes', the theme of progress of this upcoming album Two Gallants (if you like the theme you can download via the web duo).
How fast time flies. As
soon as I've spoken to the young Swiss talent DJ Cyber, I am looking
forward to you the next interview in the series A Life to be allowed to
introduce DJs. This time I was able to talk with my namesake, Patrick Stargazer aka Bayan. One, to put it briefly, a gifted talent who will hopefully find its way onto the big events of the hardstyle scene. The discography can be seen and heard.
So, take a few minutes and listen to you, what to say to the young producer. I say good bye for ever and hope you enjoy the interview. In this sense, have a nice and until next timeA DJ's Life - An Interview with Stargazer
Hello dear namesake, I am very happy that I finally managed to send you the questions. But rather the fact that you are ready you explain to me a few questions to answer. Fast forward again to the beginning and then actually start. Stand close to some.
No problem, I'm open minded and like to respond to questions. So, my name is Patrick Bayan, I'm 20 years old recently and I'm from the beautiful Sauerland (North Rhine-Westphalia).
Say, how did you get into music and when did you make music even decided?
Started
to listen electronic music I have from an early age because my parents
(as funny as that may sound) is often heard from Trance and Hands Up,
and (especially the part of my mother). The
first time I am then in 2008 came with Hardstyle in touch, as I advised
my then best friend, I should have some turn Techno4ever. At
the time, Robin Clark has just had one of his shows, and after
Headhunterz tracks like "The Power of the Mind" and Technoboy's "Rage"
it had happened to me. To produce itself, I then started really with the Brennan Hearts Remix Contest 2009. There is still sporadic, himself from last year, then more serious for me.
You were once part of Intoxiqatorz - that's a fact. But why this project failed?
Yes that's right, the reasons for our separation, I do not want to mention, however, continue. Just this: It was later simply lacked the mutual trust, and I hope that we can start sometime in the future reunion.
Anyway. Some things should just remain private. After
you have separated yourselves, you have under the alias "Stargazer"
continues to produce music, and especially in what quality. It is staggering how profound and moving your compositions are chosen and placed by a kick to Zany typical expression. How do you do that?
Well, it all depends on my mood. Music
for me is simply a means to reduce frustration or my emotions like
happiness or joy to teach (now sounds clichéd but it really is ;-))
Above all, they are my melodies and harmonies that I bring this to the
expression, then is decided as the rest of the track is built around it.
What is your secret recipe as a producer? Wherein lies the power of making music?
A real secret recipe, I can not really account for. It
has a lot to do with exercise, while people with some people even real
talent to come (eg Adrenalize or X-system, who have 15 or 13 years,
partly seen better productions than established producer!). Furthermore,
one should never lose faith in themselves, even if you criticize, you
should not see this negatively, but simply as an incentive to improve
it!
Both of us have even worked out some time ago on a track. I think most of my readers but the contribution is seen but not read. In
general, I think that many do not have the screen that I have also
produced good time (and still push the keys on the keyboard). Do you think we can get this little "masterpiece" in the future to finish?
In any case! Right now, I think the track as one of our best. The problem will only be to find the time to seriously turn to continue working.
Okay, where his mouth is - Kicks or synths. What is difficult?
Clearly, the kicks. For my last kick (which I will soon use it in my more recent productions), I sat a total of 20 hours. Since the motivation is already partially go whistle. Synthes may also not be underestimated. It depends a lot on the right EQ'ing.
Melodic or rather dark and brutal?
I prefer the more melodic side, I am open to all styles.
Headhunterz and Noisecontrollers?
Definitely Noisecontrollers. Her album has me just blown away!
For whom did you vote in the DJ Mag top 100?
Wasted Penguinz
Wildstylez
Neilio
Noisecontrollers
Frequencerz
As we tell just so beautiful and so open, what's with you in next? Can you surprise us with new tracks soon, or is there even releases?
Right now my track "Genesis" for free is given out. Otherwise, I try again first impressions and ideas to gain! Could be coming soon and a few other Collabs with Upcoming Producers. Who knows? ;)
Your five favorite tracks?
Technoboy - Rage Frontliner - TimeHeadhunterz - Forever Az OneNoisecontrollers - Pillars of CreationFrequencerz & In-phase - Fight for Survival
Which track did you like best about you?
Distort Guyz ft Tha Redge - Ultimate Vision (Stargazer Remix) [Track]
Cubase or FL Studio?
This keeps the balance, if you can deal with Cubase that is clearly better for beginners in any case FL Studio!
Dubstep / style parts in the track - yes or no!
Like dubstyle itself is a nice experimental genre. However, the dubstep parts in hardstyle tracks tend to be kept in check!
How would you describe your style of music making?
Variety! I
will not really commit to one style, but otherwise I would describe
myself as a melodic (from euphoric to melancholic), almost like a cross
between Wildstylez and Wasted Penguinz.
Who gives you the ideas? How did you beschaffst new inspiration?
By and large the whole, I am myself. Sit down at the piano and improvising a bit, if you're lucky, you get your best ideas! Otherwise, of course, tracks by other artists, but also soundtracks of films and series.
What is your goal?
Listen to one of my tracks on a major event I'd been rich to be honest.
Patrick, thank you very much for this interview and wish you every success for the future. I very much hope that it create your tracks in the sets of names sticking DJs. They have the potential and plenty of love in it. Finally, but I want to know something about your attitude in regard to developments in the scene. Where do you think developed through the scene? Decomposes it into individual parts, as in the past is all techno or exaggerated?
That depends on the scene. If the hardstyle lover could quarrel more and more it eventually end this way. But for me, everything remains Hardstyle, Nu-whether or Rawstyle or Oldskool!
Is Hardstyle become a Commercial genre? One
only has to look at, is how many different festivals and events are
spread over the year and how many people attend it each year.
At
the moment I would not Nocht Hardstyle regarded as Commercial genre,
where you must be clear, that actually has nothing to do with commerce
every genre. The DJ's will indeed eventually earn their money! However, it is well on its way there, thanks to HP Baxxter (Scooter) and his cohorts. (I think everyone knows what I mean by that).
Melodic
guitars, mandolins, ukuleles, violins, violas, keyboards, xylophones,
glockenspiels, tambourines, didgeridoos and vocal voices seas. A massive party of sounds, textures and atmospheres. Songs that grow and grow until it seems to be bursting. The perfect combination of multiple elements in a result grandly carved. This is Olivemoon. A real treat that will soon cease to be a little secret known in Barcelona.
Olivemoon
comes from the hand of the musicians Marc Navarro and Jona Oliva, who
have been joined on Ignasi Canals, Kim and Laura Peratt Resin. All are multinstrumentistas, some classical training, and traditional hand tools. This
fact, coupled with their great creativity and guidance for
experimentation, provokes a very good basis for knowing that you are in
front of a huge musical product. Olivemoon live perfectly, like gazelle on the savannah in this fertile field that is now the scene in Barcelona. A
good product, a distinctive personality, ability with digital tools,
broadcasting guerrilla word of mouth, and desire to make music. To
this we have to add the worship that they have a totem of a Catalan
radio and, more recently, appearing as a soundtrack of a notice of
carbonated water. The first items are good base. The second are those who can lead them to pace quickly.
Olivemoon only have edited a beautiful craftsman EP titled 'The Thickest Forest'. A dense, lush forest of eight songs. Eight
tracks carved wood following a marvelous supporting base, and a
prolific green leaves that become the best and full of sap ornaments. 'The
Thickest Forest' is also the title of the first cut, a kind of
instrumental introduction where we can feel the imprint of the multitude
of instruments that we will find for the ride. She still grand pieces like 'A cliff' and 'As We Grow'. The latter a marvelous scent hit song. A beautiful guitar chords and the personal voice of Marc Navarro mark the trail.
Wild harmonies but finished feeling perfectionist. Engrandándose bars that seem to go to reach the hatch instrumental, thanks to the fabulous springboard for the string section. Pure wonder. Then we can find parts most affected and paused, as 'Washing Machine'. A real massage with eucalyptus scent that can burn away any winter. A piece that excited the first time to hear it. And the next thirty well. Emotion and fat wool sweaters that come across this 'The Thickest Forest'. Warm feeling that does not bother even summer and all the windows open house are wide. Aperturistas frameworks that we keep the time comes 'Feeling High'. Populated Western bearded golden spurs. A calm invitation to dance. Epic "boniverista" crescendo that makes his best weapon. The instrumental passage holding the rope between the introduction and the outbreak.
A summit to climb to enjoy this landscape full of green, yellow and brown. Well carved wooden instruments sound as good and as sharp. Olivemoon are very good news to tell every few days. Because once you hear 'The Thickest Forest' you can not go many days without returning to it. Craft, forest vitality restrained and hope.
If there is actually some of my readers (except Conni, I know of it!) Also known as Shara Worden on the wonderful My Brightest Diamond? As it may, since I first heard it, I'm fascinated by her voice and her music. Soon will their new album "All Things Will Unwind" (released on 10.10.), And despite strong competition in the fall I'm looking forward to the new disk as Bolle. I'll also be able to see the end of November they finally finally finally live! As long as I can console myself with the one already published today, free remix single, "Be Brave". The album version is available now on iTunes.
Ready, it indicates the charge on their successful remix by SoundCloud page.

During these last five long years I have been following in the footsteps of Band of Horses. Such
has been my fascination with this band that I could not help but feel
some degree of curiosity to learn that Ryan Monroe, the beloved
keyboardist Ben Bridwell's band, has just released a solo album. It's
called "A Painting Of A Painting On Fire", which you can listen from
now through Spotify and is the most fun I've heard in time.
Thanks
to a couple of moves we get to talk for more than twenty minutes with
Ryan's good for us to explain both the experience of recording his album
and some other detail concerning this new period opens for Band Of
Horses. We also want to ask about their experiences with Pearl Jam and My Morning Jacket. Even Elton John talk about him! And the truth is that it was very, very friendly with us. Here you have the transcript of this intense conversation:
Many
of us will basically know your role in Band Of Horses keyboardist but
what other musical projects you were involved before coming to play in
this band?
I've been to several but the best known of these is Captain Easy, who was there from early 2000 until 2005, approximately. We had to stop playing together because we did not win money with the group and we needed to make money somehow. I
personally rejected the idea of focusing solely on the work and so I
continued pulling miles trying to make a living from music. For a year or two he combined my musical dream helping my father and my brother in a poultry. While
it is true that before that had played in various small groups: one
played drums, another sang, played guitar in another ... From the age of
twelve I got into all kinds of groups, in fact I even had one with my
brother when very young.
When was the time you joined Band Of Horses?
That's to early 2007. That time was just doing some solo gigs and practicing spontaneously waiter in a bar. At one point Ben [Bridwell] apuntase told me his band. From
very small we had some relationship: grew up in the same neighborhood
for years and knew each other through mutual friends. He
knew I was playing and I knew him also as Ben asked me to play the
organ in the demos of "Cease To Begin" that were recorded in Columbia,
South Carolina. That's where I was living. After
recording with them, I think it was the night after Ben asked me to
join the European tour they would soon make Band Of Horses. And then finish working on the album and joining to complete the set.
I have to admit I really liked your new solo album. In fact I wanted to comment a little matter referred to the theme 'A Painting Of A Painting On Fire'. Listening to him reminds me very much explosive pop melodies of Elton John. Compositionally ¿has influenced you the discography of this artist?
Totally! Every time I hear 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' I spend all kinds of chills, it's my favorite song ever. I remember the impact caused when he was a kid. Hear the matter and was not aware of the effect was causing in me at that moment. Over time I realized the power of song and so I started to have a fixation on parts with the tempo and the energy. Another great one to which I have followed closely is Billy Joel.
That good thing you notice on the issues. In fact there is one titled 'On A Beach' that surfaces the most of your power pop side passionately. How did you create a song like that?
If in fact it all started with a demo at a rate that was somewhat psychotic as "tic-tic-tac-tic-tic-tac" (laughs). Then
I went into the studio and producer Chris Testa, who has worked with
other very power pop, made of 'On A Beach' theme super rocker. Basically added distortion and volume petando ended.
Each song on the album seems to be very different from the other. So you still say that there is some artist you have influenced almost all the LP?
Well .... (long pause and laughter). You may say I'm crazy but I can not help but compare the sound of songs with "Colossal Head", the last work of Los Lobos. We wanted the battery had almost distorted sound that is on that disk. Chris and I have a very similar taste in music so we were moving through different paths, even the odd like The Flaming Lips. I remember that MGMT has also been one of my biggest influences for that big sound that defines their feeling.
I also really like MGMT, two of us!. Apart from everything related to influences, do you have any intention of taking a video of a particular topic?Just do anything I was talking with a friend of mine, Captain Easy battery, which is also a good graphic designer. I think that sooner or later will release video for 'Over Turning Leaves' and I hope to leave a very rare thing (laughs). Right now we have finished recording a documentary in which you see me recording the album ...
Is not that that has been recorded by Christopher Wilson, right?Yes, yes, it is exactly this.
Ben Bridwell is a true ace when it comes to knowing how to manage the design and development of a studio album. Did you learn a lot from him, or even Tyler Ramsey, when to take your solo debut?Of course. I've been more influenced by my own fellow Band Of Horses than anything else. Even 'On The Beach' was born out of a jam sessions that we conducted Creighton [Band Of Horses battery] and myself. Creighton was carried away with the battery while I did the same with the keyboard. That
led me to that point where, to play drums in the studio, trying to form
the result sounded as great as he played Creighton a while back. My colleagues have helped in this respect a lot. I noticed Ben's vocal work, the contribution of Bill ... In all his work. They are my brothers.
In "Infinite Arms" was an amazing subject entitled 'Older' that threw you to sing. The thing went really well. What next job will be Band Of Horses another song that also sing? The truth is that I sing a lot in the new album Band Of Horses but all are choirs. There is no song that is the lead singer. Perhaps one or two more LPs will get to find that hole again (laughs). This new album has a lot of experimental work in the background but is itself hopelessly crude.
Do
you think this new album has the same feeling BOH rustic "Infinite
Arms" or return to see the Band Of Horses the first or second album?I do not think that can not be compared with any of the previous three CDs. We recorded everything live and it sounds very harsh, very gutted. Not many "overdubs." Is the album that best represents our direct.
When did lanzareis? Will the end of September if all goes as planned.
What was it like working this time with a producer like Glyn Johns? It was amazing. I remember working a theme and tell Glyn had made a small mistake in one of the cuts. He said "Do not worry, nobody will ignore that." More than interpretation Johns focuses on the energy transmitted songs. In the previous two LPS was some trend toward improved. This time everything was different and was based on capturing everything going on in the room where we recorded.
That sounds good. Recently we were listening to a song - 'Everything' - that you played for MTV Brazil. Does the final version we see in the album's release will be much more produced?Actually in that song that hearkened is what ultimately you'll end up watching. It has a couple of acoustic guitars and is for sure the subject more "gutted" talking loudly throughout the disc.
And going into this new season of BOH, did you plan to continue working with Christopher Wilson? [Art director with whom they have had in the past two years]Totally! We have been working with Christopher various ideas concerning the cover of the album and will join us on our next tour. We would not be the same if Wilson was not with us.
Are of the few groups that have an art director. Do you think is more important than people think at first sight? At first I thought it was important until I joined this band. We
feel it is a vital organ in the band, especially with regard to
documentation of face-to document the entire visual scheme of the
concerts. None of us has the capacity, or ability to do something like Chris does.
Interesting. The
other day I was looking information about you and saw you had hit the
U.S. with My Morning Jacket, a band that is often associated much with
your own. Will we ever see a tour like this in Europe? We love it! Have you played My Morning Jacket in Spain?
Yes! In fact this summer have played at the festival Azkena Rock has been done in the north of our country. Hopefully one day we can enjoy something like what you did together at Madison Square Garden!Yeah man, I love it. I hope someday collaborate together on something, it could be amazing.
That would be brutal. What I can say from experience that you lived with Pearl Jam? Did you have good relationship with them?No doubt, Pearl Jam are the best guys in the world. They were very accessible and friendly to us. We got all kinds of gifts after turning them. I have a funny story related to Eddie: I was leaving the locker room in Buffalo and was to go outside. Eddie saw me from his own dressing room and said "Uncle, it's cold, come and go in here." And he showed me his guitar and we talked for 20 long minutes on James Brown and stuff. It's the best guy in the world and as a young man was my idol. It was surreal and showed me a rockstar can be a great, great person.
It's good to know that, and being fans of Pearl Jam as we are. And ending the interview what can we expect from Ryan Monroe for the future?. I heard you have a variety of materials stored in the chamber for future releases. Is that true?Uff, I have many, many, many, many themes saved. Although not as much as Ryan Adams. Have you seen what's out now?
Yes! The boxset with zillions of songs!OMG, that really intimidated me. There is everything. You must be a champion to get that. But yes, bring out another album soon and will be an experimental hair. Already looking forward!
